Lisa & Annie's Birthday Run & Breakfast: Maunawili & Maunawili Falls Trails

On Dec 20, 2009, we celebrated Lisa's and Annie's birthdays with a nice, muddy trail run, which included a couple of stream crossings. Then breakfast afterwards.

Thanks to Brad and Jack for coming along on the run! And to Tai, Jan, Patti, and Stefan for meeting us for breakfast!

Happy New Year!

I haven't been making updates to this blog lately. But I decided to add up all the miles I've swam, biked, run this year. Only races/events are included - not training. I've never added up previous years, but 2009 was by far the longest distance I've ever done.

In 2010, I hope to follow a similar race schedule. And will also attempt to keep this blog up-to-date.
